Under the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Act, we are permitted to sell interest in private companies to accredited investors. To be an accredited investor, a person must have an annual income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 for a couple applying jointly) for the last two years. A person is also considered an accredited investor if he or she has a net worth exceeding $1 million, either individually or jointly with a spouse.

Yes. We require that all investments have a minimum dollar value of $50,000.
